  FLOW DIAGRAM

  •
    Simple to install and operate.

  •
Counterflow air design allows complete separation of various product densities.

  •
    Single ' Constant' CFM requirement.

  •
Variable speed roll feeder allows constant uniforn feed rate.

  •
Air control damper can be set at the fan for ease of operation.

  • Slope of incline angles and generous product area makes the design almost impossible to choke.

  • Various sizes to fit your volume needs

  • Large oversize viewing windows make separation adjustments easy.

  • This new innovative machine is latest additional to cotton seed processing plant. This is combination of density separator & four basket beater separator for better operational results & low oil loss is hulls.

  • The hull mixture with fine powder is feed through regulator feeder and in first stage fine powder is separated through spike beater roll moving on basket lined with perforation metal. This fine meat powder is collected to screw conveyor to oil mill.

  • Thereafter hull mixture feed to density separator & uncutseed & heavy meat drop down for recycling process & hulls aspirated from top nozzle to hulls godown.

  •
This is reliable & excellent working machine with very few adjustment or control for better working.
