The Saw Gin machine has inbuilt on the top pre-cleaner / opener having six spike drums for better cleaning of seed cotton before feeding to machine. Also, it will have feeder with variable frequency drive to control feed rate in the machine depending upon the moisture contained in the seed cotton. The lint produced by cotton Saw Gin machine is more cleaner and also the fibre breakage is low due to slow speed. These machines are working very well on the research project at Circot – Nagpur and also at Haryana Seed Development Corporation for planting seed manufacturing factory.
